Phase III is a newly-constructed, four-story residence hall capable of housing 490 students. This residence hall consists of double and private rooms, centralized private bathrooms, four lounge and study areas on each floor, and a main lobby complete with a kitchen, conference room, and laundry facility. Phase III is located along Highway 24/50 next to the Jerry D. Morris Recreational Center.
