Welcome to the Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) community page of A&M-Commerce Digital Commons, the institutional repository for Texas A&M University-Commerce (TAMUC). This page showcases Digital Collections and archival materials belonging to the Velma K. Waters Library.
Digital Collections is a division within SCUA that provides long-term preservation of, and access to, born-digital content and digitized surrogates of select materials, from our physical collections. Digital Collections in this institutional repository contribute to the intellectual output of the university, promote TAMUC research needs, and serve the larger community of scholars.
Access and Use
Physical collections available to researchers have accompanying finding aids that detail general organization of the material. Finding aids may be viewed in ArchivesSpace, and full collections may be viewed in person in the SCUA reading room. Materials here are intended for research, and citation examples can be found in each record. Please contact us regarding permission to use materials in publications.
