Abstract
To investigate the perceptions of Early College High School leaders in Texas to generate an understanding of Early College High School model resilience and adaptive leader actions that affect student outcomes. The Early College High School movement is gaining national traction and is heavily focused on developing human capital, student experience, increasing opportunity for underrepresented students, and producing agile high school graduates armed with skills and knowledge as they enter their post-secondary journey.
