Abstract/Description
McDonald Observatory has hosted an annual five-day workshop concerning the use of white dwarfs to measure the age of our galaxy since 2005. Although some elements remained the same in all workshops, our formative evaluation provided clues that allowed the staff to refine the workshop and post-workshop activities each year to improve participant satisfaction and better meet their needs as teachers.
