The "T" Lounge was a one-story athletic facility and dressing room for football players. Historically, athletes who lettered in their sport were awarded a letter "T" for their letterman's jackets, hence the name of the building. The demolition of the building began on April 15, 2009, to make room for the new Music Building. The Football Locker Room, a replacement for the old "T" Lounge was constructed at the northeast end of Memorial Stadium. The "T" Lounge was located at the southwest corner of Memorial Stadium, where a portion of the Music Building stands today.
