This is an index of an oral history interview with Robbie Walters Craig. It was conducted October 23, 2019. The interviewer is Louise Skinner. The videographer is Sandy Bond.

This interview focuses on Robbie Walters Craig’s memories of growing up in Paris, Texas.

Robbie Walters Craig was born in 1936 to Ralph Lee and Elizabeth Lucille Hayes Walters. She grew up in Paris, Texas, where she attended Graham School, Paris High School, and graduated from Paris Junior College. Craig worked a variety of jobs, starting with Homer Walter’s Grocery Store in Paris. Throughout her life, Craig also worked for Southern Paper Box, First Federal Savings and Loan, Gulf States United Telephone Company, Security State Bank in Commerce, E-Systems in Greenville, and several antique stores. Craig also owned and operated her own dress shop in Paris, Texas.

In 1936, she married Charles Thomas Craig. The couple lived in Gough, Texas where they also ran a farm.
